1. Introduction and Acceptance

3. Eligibility Requirements

To create and use an account on the btd22 platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You must create an account voluntarily and with full awareness.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified time limit.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time, unless the promotion terms clearly state otherwise.
• Bonus abuse or attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means is prohibited.
• btd22 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

btd22's VIP program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Diamond — up to 1.0% cashback per week

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your continued activity and contribution on the platform. btd22 holds the exclusive right to determine the criteria for VIP tier qualification.

6. Betting Rules

btd22 offers slots, live casino, sports betting (including cricket and football) and other games. Each game category has its own rules, which can be viewed when the game is launched.

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

All game provider software on btd22 (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, NetEnt and Microgaming) is independently tested and ensures fair play. Results are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Cancelled or Void Bets

2. Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
3. Providing false information or using fraudulent methods to obtain bonuses.
4. Exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
5. Placing bets using bots, automated scripts or artificial intelligence.
6. Account sharing or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
7. Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
8. Helping minors create accounts or placing bets on their behalf.

9.2 Account Closure by the User

10. Limitation of Liability

• Any issues caused by third-party software errors.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or provision of incorrect information.
• Service interruptions caused by unexpected natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.

Our total liability shall in no event exceed the actual funds (excluding bonuses) present in your account.
